Ashley Jones Davis, Executive Director

Ashley Jones Davis has worked in the chamber industry for nearly a decade. Ashley serves as the Executive Director for the North Baldwin Chamber—a business focused, member supported organization that works with the community to develop sustainable economic growth and to enhance the quality of life for all residents, business owners and employees. During her tenure, the North Baldwin Chamber has seen membership grow from 207 members in 2012 to more than 300 members today, maintaining a 90% or high retention rate year over year.

In her role at the North Baldwin Chamber, Ashley works to support local business and industry, build professional relationships throughout the community, enhance the quality of life through chamber sponsored community events, implements educational and workforce development programs, and advocates for issues that are in the best interest of North Baldwin Business and the community.

Prior to joining the chamber Ashley gained experience in retail business management, marketing and merchandising with American Eagle Outfitters. She also has experience in the restaurant industry, nonprofit world, and in an agency setting. Ashley is a graduate of Auburn University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

She is a member of the Leadership Baldwin class of 2014, a Dale Carnegie Course graduate, a member of the 2015 Mobile Bay Magazine's 40 Under Forty Class, a member of the Young Professionals of the North Baldwin Chamber and The Heritage Junior Women’s Club.

Ashley has served on various Boards of Directors and Committees throughout the Mobile Bay Region and State of Alabama to include the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama, Baldwin County Education Coalition, the Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance, the Regional Tourism Council, the Mobile Bay National Estuary Program's Business Advisory Committee and the Alabama Bicentennial Baldwin County Steering Committee among others.

Ashley enjoys living, working and serving in the North Baldwin Community and currently resides in her hometown of Bay Minette, Alabama.

Marlee Bailey, Marketing & Project Manager

Marlee has worked part time as our Marketing Assistant for more than two years now and as of January 2019, has joined us full time as our Marketing & Project Manager. She will continue to work in her marketing role for the organization and will also be managing several chamber events and programs, as well as assisting with membership needs. 

She is a Bay Minette native. Her parents (Ray & Beth Long) were small business owners, with Seasons Cafe located right off of the courthouse square. She's married to her high school sweetheart, now together for 10 years, Drew Bailey. She graduated from Baldwin County High School and earned an Associate's Degree from Faulkner State in Graphic Design. She's always loved the North Baldwin area and enjoys working to make it a great place to live, work & play!

Marlee loves anything creative... painting, drawing, making graphics and photography. Many of her designs live on T-Shirts from various contests, events and businesses in the area. You may even own a few! She's involved in the Heritage Junior Women's Club, the Bay Minette Beautification Committee, Bark Minette Dog Park Committee, the Committee on Public Arts in Bay Minette, Leadership Baldwin Class of 2020 and a member of the Young Professionals of the North Baldwin Chamber.

Cameron Lewis, Membership Development Manager

Cameron joined the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce in March of 2020 and is a Bay Minette Native. He graduated from Baldwin County High School in May of 2015 and served the chamber in the inaugural class of Junior Ambassadors in the 2014-2015 class. In 2019 he graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Biology with a concentration in Biomedical Sciences. During his time at Troy, he was a member and eventually president of the Trojan Ambassadors, where he acquired skills in public relations and marketing. Cameron was also a member of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity at Troy, serving as the public relations chair and an advisor on several academic committees. After completing his schooling, Cameron returned to Bay Minette and worked at North Baldwin Infirmary as a phlebotomist and assisted in serving the community’s healthcare needs. Cameron is currently assuming the role of the Membership Development Manager for the chamber.

    Cameron’s hobbies outside of work include traveling, visiting craft breweries and scuba diving. He is also a member of the Young Professionals and is always looking for new ways to be involved with and to serve his community!
