Kristina Pittman, Executive Director
After a few years of being away, Kristina Angelone-Pittman returned home to the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce as the Executive Director in 2021.
Kristina had previously worked at the Chamber as Coordinator of Special Events & Projects. Her talents and skills bring an energy to the Chamber as her focus is on enhancing business and community events to serve the North Baldwin area, as well as maintaining Chamber membership and increasing business-focused programs. Kristina has a degree in Communications and has spent more than 20 years in the event industry. A native of South Florida, Kristina moved to Bay Minette in 2013 and started working with the Chamber as a volunteer. She is a graduate of Leadership Baldwin County and Dale Carnegie. Kristina has held several board positions for other organizations that include Read Aloud Bay Minette and Community Action Agency Policy Council. More recently she served as Coordinator of Community Programs & Support for North Baldwin Infirmary where she had oversight of the hospital’s Foundation, Auxiliary Volunteers, Human Resources and served as their Community Liaison.
This past spring, she married George Pittman and together they have six grown children, three grandchildren and lots of cows.
Marlee Bailey, Manager of Marketing, Design & Projects
Marlee joined the team in 2016 and currently serves as the full time Manager of Marketing, Design & Projects. Marlee creates marketing and promotional graphics, creates and publishes the weekly newsletter, manages several events and projects, assists with membership, manages the Junior Ambassador Program, assists members with design, social media and marketing, creates press releases, and a variety of other things.
She is a Bay Minette native. Her parents (Ray & Beth Long) were small business owners, with Seasons Cafe located right off of the courthouse square. She's married to her high school sweetheart, now together for 12 years, Drew Bailey. She graduated from Baldwin County High School and earned an Associate's Degree from Faulkner State in Graphic Design. She's always loved the North Baldwin area and enjoys working to make it a great place to live, work & play!
Marlee loves anything creative... painting, drawing, making graphics and photography. Many of her designs live on T-Shirts from various contests, events and businesses in the area. You may even own a few! She's involved in the Heritage Junior Women's Club, the Bay Minette Beautification Committee, Bark Minette Dog Park Committee, the Committee on Public Arts in Bay Minette, Leadership Baldwin Class of 2020, serves on the Baldwin Humane Society Board and a member of the Young Professionals of the North Baldwin Chamber.
